reading all the above answers, people who wish to be preppy in england dress completely different, i dress preppy and its much more about bright colours and clashing mix, with hair its VOLUME! big hair and flick some of ure hair over to one side, with acessories big bangles big necklaces and big bags, makeup its abit more natural, keep ure skin clear and healthy so then you dont have to wear as much makeup.
